Overview
Vacation paradise, rain or shine! This 4,600 square foot home provides exceptional living spaces unlike most on the Outer Banks. The tranquil blue exterior, reminiscent of the nearby sea, is accented by expansive, wraparound decks and a fabulous host of outdoor features. You're a short walk across the cul-de-sac from the ocean access, so you don't have to choose whether you want to splash in the glistening pool or put your toes in the sand, you can easily do both! Updates for 2026: The top floor decking was replaced.
Updates for 2025: New range in kitchen, outdoor ping-pong available, new Wilmington stainless steel grill.
Updates for 2024: The pyramid bunk located on the ground level in the queen bedroom was replaced with two twin beds, new bedside tables and lamps were added on either side of the queen bed, new exterior siding, turf added to bocce ball court, the ground floor shower was replaced, a daybed swing was added near the carport, and a telescope was added to the great room.
Community Note: RVs and trailers of any kind are not allowed in Ocean Crest. Overnight parking in the oceanside community parking lot is strictly prohibited and towing is enforced. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the exterior of the front door. It is not used while guests are occupying the house.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

The ground floor recreation room features a pool table, foosball, card table, Smart TV, sleepchair, and a refrigerator for the best in entertainment and relaxation. Bedding on this level includes a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, two twin beds, and a sleepchair. The ground floor shared bath has a walk-in shower and a wall-mounted hair blowdryer.
Outside, the decking surrounding the private pool and 6-person hot tub is enclosed with gated fencing. Dine outdoors at the picnic and grilling area or relax in a Nags Head Hammock or double swing overlooking the pool area. A Wilmington stainless steel grill and a Big Green Egg are available for guest use in the grilling area. Please bring your own charcoal/wood chips for the Big Green Egg. A comfortable outdoor couch provides a great place to relax with a novel in the shade. You can also play ping-pong or shoot some hoops at the basketball hoop.
