Needed:

Full-Time Reservationist & Full-Time Maintenance Coordinator; Part-Time Housekeepers, Inspectors, & Outdoor Cleaners

These positions require the following:
-Personality for customer service atmosphere
-Working weekends
-Eye for detail
-Ability to follow a stringent routine in a fast-paced environment (work quickly and efficiently)
-Reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license
-Willing to consent to a criminal background check
-General good physical condition due to the nature of the work (lift up to 40lbs, bend frequently, maneuver stairs)

Maintenance Coordinator

Full-Time
As a Maintenance Coordinator, your primary role will be to coordinate the maintenance of our premium vacation rental homes, delivering the highest standard of service to all guests, owners, vendors, and staff. Pay is based on experience.
-Fast-paced, high-energy environment
-Must be a team player with great communication skills
-Effectively manage daily correspondence and operational tasks
-Data entry
-Answer phones and emails
-Must be able to work weekends
-Experience preferred

Reservationist

Full-Time
-Book reservations for vacation rentals via telephone and email
-Provide information on properties and their availability
-Assist guests with questions, requests, and concerns at all stages of the rental process
-Accurately enter data into various software programs
-Maintain a positive, helpful attitude with clear and effective communication

Additional Information:
-Previous experience in reservations preferred
-Knowledge of the area from Corolla to South Nags Head is a plus
-Weekend availability required

Housekeepers

Part-Time
Perform deep cleans for vacation rental homes in the off-season or perform cleans in the 6-hour window between guests on the weekends in-season.

-Make beds with provided fresh linens
-Clean and sanitize all room surfaces, appliances, and floors
-Outdoor cleaning to include grills, sliding glass doors, and outdoor bathrooms
-Maintain overall cleanliness
-Carolina Designs Realty supplies all the necessary tools for this position

Housekeeper Appreciation Bonus:
$40 extra for each weekend day worked
(Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
April-October

Inspectors

Part-Time
Thoroughly inspect properties for damage and maintenance repair needs.

-Ensure all cleaning guidelines and standards are being met and maintained
-Change light bulbs and batteries
-Ability to work with iPads required
-Carolina Designs Realty supplies all the necessary tools for this position

Inspector Appreciation Bonus:
$40 extra for each weekend day worked
(Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
April-October

Outdoor Cleaners

Part-Time
Tidy the exteriors of homes between renters.

-Clean grills
-Remove trash and cobwebs from house perimeters
-Arrange outdoor furniture
-Clear carports, driveways, and entrances of sand, debris, and trash
-Carolina Designs Realty supplies all the necessary tools for this position

Outdoor Cleaners Appreciation Bonus:
$40 extra for each weekend day worked
