We had an amazing stay at Dream Big! It was perfect for our family of five (and our dog). The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Honestly not one bad thing to say. We'd definitely come back!

Everyone in my group said they had a great time and loved the house. I had 47 adults, all over the age of 50, so they all pitched in when needed to help make everything run smoothly. We ate together and played games together and they enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool. This is the perfect house, we loved everything about it. I have already signed us up to be there again next year.

We've been coming to the Outer Banks for the past 3 years and have stayed in a different house each trip. This year, at the end of the week, we all decided we'd like to stay in this house for our annual April trip as it was perfect for our group & everyone loved the property!

This trip was amazing! We have been doing large family vacations for several years now in Sandbridge Beach VA. This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and we absolutely loved it! We had a magical time at Both Sides of the Sun - partly because of the beautiful beach and the exceptional house but also the lovely porch facing the marsh for the sunsets.

We think 12 North has it all and is the best place to stay. It has great access to the beach, grocery store, and places to shop and eat. The kitchen is well stocked. You can relax on the decks or at the pool. The house is pet friendly and comes equipped with a built in pet gate on the second floor. We are returning this September and have already booked it for April and September next year! The house is gorgeous and you feel like 12 North is your home away from home!
