We supply two towel sets per King/Queen/Double bed and one per Twin bed. Each towel set contains a bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth. Extra towel sets are available for rent, please call our office for more info.

You can also enjoy Pine Island's community pool and tennis court during your stay.

Updates for 2027: New furniture in the great room, second floor king bedroom, and rec room.

Updates for 2026: Bathroom updates throughout, including the complete renovation of two bathrooms and the top floor half bath.

Updates for 2024: Fresh interior paint, new stainless steel refrigerator and microwave in kitchen, an upgraded TV mounted over the fireplace with a new mantel and new swivel chairs in the great room, a new sleepsofa in the mid-level den, new poolside lounge chairs, new washer and dryer, and a new gas grill.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

The upper level is nicely rounded out with a king bedroom, complete with a private bath with a Whirlpool tub, and two private decks.
