Aptly named, Something Special is a Duck oceanfront home that creates memorable vacations for all who enter! Offering a sensational location, guests will be treated to an impressive floor plan, large bedrooms with ocean views, spacious decks, and thoughtful amenities. The charming decor and details throughout make this a favored home with many repeat guests. All the comforts of home are at your fingertips and guarantee your family a comfortable and relaxing vacation at the beach.
Community Note: RVs and trailers of any kind are not allowed in Ocean Crest. Overnight parking in the oceanside community parking lot is strictly prohibited and towing is enforced. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

There is one bedroom on the ground level, a cheerful room with a pyramid bunk filled with with toys and games. A full bath and laundry room are centrally located on this floor. The action-filled rec room is fully equipped with a flatscreen TV, foosball table, snack table with stools, two sleepchairs, and a wet bar with sink, Keurig, and mini-fridge. Doors open to the outdoor amenities including outdoor showers, fish cleaning table, gas grill, hot tub on an elevated platform and a sparkling oceanfront pool. A private beach walkway with a dune deck leads to the sandy shoreline and rolling surf of the Atlantic.
