Enjoy ocean breezes and the sound of breaking waves from Pine Island Time, a beautiful and well-maintained semi-oceanfront vacation getaway in the premier community of Pine Island. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac and across from the beach, guests who reserve this home are treated to an array of private bedroom retreats, abundant gathering areas, and delightful outdoor amenities. During your stay, take advantage of community amenities at the end of the road, including two pools, a kiddie pool, outdoor tennis courts, and a basketball court. Use of the Pine Island Racquet Club is available for a nominal fee.

Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the front door facing the driveway.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
TVs: All TVs are Smart TVs with the Spectrum app for cable access. Guests are welcome to access their personal accounts on other streaming apps.
Special Access Amenities: A first floor queen has a bathroom that has a barrier-free shower with grab bars and a seat. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for more specific information.

The ground level is home to a bedroom furnished with two pyramid bunks and a flatscreen TV. A laundry room with two washer and dryer units and an adjacent full bathroom are centrally located. The balance of this floor is dedicated to a spirited recreation room. Enjoy hours of competitive fun around the regulation-size pool table (with a removable ping-pong table top) surrounded by pub tables with seating and a mini-fridge.
Rec room doors open to outdoor amenities where a sparkling private pool takes center stage. Romp in refreshing waters or pull up a chair and lounge poolside for your daily dose of Vitamin D. A gas grill and outdoor dining areas allow for carefree alfresco lunches. Beyond the fenced pool and hot tub area is a sandy volleyball area, horseshoe pit, and basketball goal for additional entertainment. A half cabana bath, two outdoor showers, and a fish cleaning table complete the outdoor conveniences.
