Enjoy ocean breezes and the sound of breaking waves from Pine Island Time, a beautiful and well-maintained semi-oceanfront vacation getaway in the premier community of Pine Island. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac and across from the beach, guests who reserve this home are treated to an array of private bedroom retreats, abundant gathering areas, and delightful outdoor amenities. During your stay, take advantage of community amenities at the end of the road, including two pools, a kiddie pool, outdoor tennis courts, and a basketball court. Use of the Pine Island Racquet Club is available for a nominal fee.

Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the front door facing the driveway.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
TVs: All TVs are Smart TVs with the Spectrum app for cable access. Guests are welcome to access their personal accounts on other streaming apps.
Special Access Amenities: A first floor queen has a bathroom that has a barrier-free shower with grab bars and a seat. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for more specific information.

Bathed in natural sunlight, the top floor great room has hardwood floors and lofted ceilings and features a sectional sofa, armchairs, a flatscreen TV, seasonal gas fireplace, and a large dining table for twelve guests. Doors open to a furnished sun deck to enjoy refreshing sea breezes and views. Additional gathering areas include a sunroom with seating and a loft with a loveseat and stocked bookshelf. A half bathroom is available to those on this level. A well-stocked kitchen overlooks the great room and offers granite countertops, a refrigerator with an icemaker in the freezer, a range/stove, a microwave, two dishwashers, and coffee makers (one is a Keurig). Casual dining for four is available at the kitchen bar.
A private bedroom suite completes the top floor amenities and is furnished with a king bed and a TV and features a private balcony and bathroom with a dual sink vanity, shower, and whirlpool tub.
