My family is strongly considering this home as its annual family OBX vacation. Sand Piper has all of the amenities we need and want. It's a lovely home. The 2019 and 2020 updates are definitely noticeable and were good improvements to the home since our last stay here in July 2019. See you in 2022!!

We absolutely loved the house! It seemed very clean and met our needs beautifully.

This home was exceptional in every way! From the spacious backyard with heated pool and hot tub, ample seating, built in grill and outdoor speakers to the meticulously maintained and decorated interior with top of the line electronics and appliances, pool table and arcade game. We hated to leave! The Four Seasons Community did not disappoint either. The walkways to the beach and sound, the tennis courts and indoor rec. center with exercise room and ping pong table: we loved all of it!

This was our third time at this house-we feel like it is ours! Love it and the whole experience. Thank you for making our family vacation so enjoyable.

Most amazing place in Four Seasons in my opinion. My family (multiple families) stayed here for a week! It was amazing! Spacious rooms. The best pool in the neighborhood from what I could see. The hot tub was nice. The bedrooms were large. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone! Loved the hammocks and multiple layers of decks to relax and enjoy quiet time if needed. The kitchen/dinning room was perfect! Always room for all the guests to sit down and enjoy dinner together. The beach and neighborhood in general was really, really nice! Shuffleboard, bags and workout facilities are pretty sweet as well! Never a dull moment....especially with your own private pool! What more could you ask for? The boardwalk is so close by as well! Can take a nice walk on the walking trail to get to restaurants and shops! No car needed really. The beach is very close as well! Again, a short little walk on the sidewalk or a path located behind the house! Dogs allowed, however, we did not bring ours! Amazing place....kudos to the owners and the property managers! The garbage collection and monitoring the pool and hot tub was done by a service provided by the management company...as well as lawn care, so it is completely maintenance free! Would love to go back again soon!
