This gracious home design boasts extravagant amenities, a hand-painted glass elevator, whole-house music, and intimate bedroom suites with pillowtop mattresses and designer bedding. Surround yourself with Italian marble, classic columns, hand-painted murals, and custom iron railings in an estate that is professionally decorated with fine designer furnishings and finishes. A custom golf cart allows for ease in traveling to and from the beach, and this award-winning subdivision has abundant amenities for guest use throughout your stay, including a fitness center, indoor pool, and tennis. The Town of Duck is consistently rated as a leading U.S. family-friendly beach destination and is filled with inviting dining, shopping, and seasonal activity options for vacationing guests.
Updates for 2026: New stainless steel refrigerators in kitchen and new sofas in great room.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Elevator: Although there is an elevator in this home, climbing stairs is required to access the front door. There is no ground floor entrance in the front of the home.
Golf Cart: Only licensed drivers can operate the golf cart. The golf cart is not "street legal" and can only be driven on side roads within the Four Seasons subdivision; it cannot be taken on Duck Road, sidewalks, or unpaved surfaces.
Community Note: Community tennis and pickleball are available for guests. Please note that vehicles must be parked in the driveway of the home; on-street parking is not available. Trailers, boats, and mobile homes cannot be parked in Four Seasons unless they are enclosed in a home's carport or garage, which is not available at this home. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

The ground level opens to an exquisite recreation room with classic columns, a tray ceiling with a custom mural, a pub table with chairs, and a sports bar with a full-sized refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, and bar seating. Entertainment options include a billiard table, foosball table, poker table, and four mounted flatscreen TVs. A cinema-style theater room features a 119" projection screen, surround sound, and tiered seating for eight - this room is perfect for movie night (cable is not available in the theater room). Please note that the six DVD players are all Blu-ray, and Netflix access, and a Playstation III are available. One bedroom with a private bath is furnished with two double beds and a flatscreen TV. Laundry facilities are located on this level, with two washing machines, two dryers, and a sink.
Doors lead to a resort-style outdoor area with elaborate amenities, an outdoor music system, and a gas grill. A sculpted private pool and a bubbling hot tub take center stage. A poolside cabana features an outdoor fireplace, outdoor TV, full cabana bath, a sauna, ceiling fans, and seating. This cabana is complemented by a rooftop fiberglass sun deck with ample lounge seating that overlooks beautifully landscaped grounds.
