Ideally located between Corolla and Duck, you'll be just minutes from some of the Outer Banks' best dining, boutique shopping, and family-friendly activities, making this the perfect home base for a memorable getaway.

Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. Security Camera: This property has a ring motion light camera installed on the front of the house facing the road. It is not used while guests are occupying the property.

The ground floor is dedicated to a large and cheerful suite equipped with two twin beds, one twin bunkset, a Smart TV, and a private bath. Laundry facilities on this level provide one full washer and dryer unit. Outdoors, guests can dive into a refreshing private pool or lounge poolside under crisp blue North Carolina skies. A rear pool gate leads to an inviting pathway that winds through the community and connects to the beach access. Upon your return, take advantage of the rinsing shower to wash away sand and salt water. A fish cleaning station is available to fishermen (and women) lucky enough to land a cobia, mackerel or flounder! And, as the sun sets, settle into the hot tub on the mid-level covered deck. It's the ideal retreat for rejuvenation while enjoying soothing coastal breezes.
