Overview
Enjoy some good ol' fashioned Quality Time, beachside with your favorite vacation group! This 6-bedroom semi-oceanfront beach house is located in the sought after Pine Island subdivision, just across the street from the surf and sand. Only 75 yards from the nearest community beach access, you're just a short stroll away from being at the shoreline of the Atlantic Ocean. The amenities available at Quality Time are those of which anyone would enjoy while on vacation - a private pool with a poolside cabana, hot tub, outdoor shower, rec room, theater, and more! The top floor great room, dining area, and lofted sitting area are decorated in calming coastal tones, and the kitchen is equipped with appliances sure to impress. Providing comfortable and spacious bedrooms, the king and queen rooms all have direct deck access and mounted Smart TVs.
As a Pine Island guest, you have access to the subdivision amenities along with the amenities available to you at the home. Just over half a mile north, there is a tennis court, playground, basketball hoop, sand volleyball court, and community pool that can all be enjoyed during your stay (see photos in the gallery).
Updates for 2024: New 85" TV in theater, new flatscreen TVs in loft and rec room. New lighting in kitchen and dining area.
Towel Packs: This homeowner provides double towel packs, meaning each guest will have two bath towels, two hand towels, and two washcloths at no additional charge.

The great room, dining area, kitchen, and lofted sitting area make up the greater portion of the top floor. The great room is furnished with a sofa, a loveseat, two armchairs, and a Smart TV. The kitchen is impressively equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf gas range, two dishwashers, a refrigerator, Keurig, drip-style coffee maker, and many other small appliances that one would look to use while prepping a meal for a group. The dining table seats ten, and four barstools are at the kitchen counter. A lofted sitting area offers an additional dining table for four, two armchairs, a wet bar with a beverage fridge and sink, and a flatscreen TV. A half bath is conveniently located on this level. Sliding glass doors from the dining area and great room lead to the top floor deck that wraps from the east to the south side of the house.
A king bedroom with a private bath with a walk-in tile shower, a private east-facing deck, an armchair, and a mounted Smart TV round out this level.
