Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. Community Note: Community tennis and pickleball are available for guests. Please note that vehicles must be parked in the driveway of the home, on-street parking is not available. Trailers, boats, and mobile homes can't be parked in Four Seasons unless they are enclosed in a home's carport/garage. Only licensed drivers can operate golf carts in the community. If you choose to rent a golf cart, register it at the community clubhouse before operating it in Four Seasons. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

The only bedroom on this floor is furnished with two twin beds and has a TV. A hallway full bath is accessible by this bedroom and the rec room, and a sliding glass door leads from the recreation room to the outdoor amenities.
Nicely landscaped grounds give way to a fenced-in private pool where hours of outdoor fun await you! Ample seating is available for sun bathing and outdoor dining. A sandy volleyball area will call out to those who appreciate friendly competition under blue sunny skies! Wrap around decks evoke a feeling of refined coastal charm, and relaxing soaks in the mid-level hot tub will ease both body and mind.
