This home's semi-oceanfront location provides ocean views from the great room, dining area, and the top floor deck. Along with being conveniently close to the community beach access, you are only a short drive or bike ride to the best attractions in town - the soundside boardwalk, coffee shops, a local bookstore, boutiques, amazing restaurants, and more!

There is a sitting area with a Smart TV and cozy seating for those who want to hang out while watching a movie or their favorite show. Laundry facilities and a half bath are available on this floor. Exit the rec room and go out to the covered poolside deck to enjoy a coastal breeze off the ocean. The east-facing pool area features a 24' x 14' private pool, a hot tub, and poolside seating. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off any salt and sand before taking a dip in the pool or retreating inside for the night.
