SALTY SUMMERS 214 yards from Beach Access in Corolla

The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with dishes, glassware and pots/pans. Thank you! There was no propane when we arrived. Thankfully we checked a few hours prior to cooking. Very happy with the response time for receiving anew tank. No delay to dinner!

Never stayed this far north before and we all loved it. Pool area very well designed. Loved the shade pavilion! Pool heat was the best we have had in 24 years. Very appreciated since we had some chilly days!

This is the 5th time I have worked with or stayed in a Carolina Designs house. Salty Summers was by far the best so far. There were six of us and we all loved the house and our rooms. This was also our first time staying in Corolla (have always stayed in Duck) and we loved it here. We have enjoyed working with Carolina Designs with each vacation we take and hope to do many more.

We love the decor and the deck furniture especially. We spent a lot of time on the 3rd level deck with the view of the ocean and both sun rise and sunset.

This house was a favorite for most of our family that stayed in this cottage. The house was very beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds and furniture, and great deck furniture.

As our family situations are changing this was our last year at Salty Summers. After three years running, I must say I will really miss this home. It is lovely and has such a wonderfully stocked kitchen. It is really a dream vacation home for families! I am always amazed at how clean the home is considering the limited turn-around time afforded to the staff. This was our third year in the house and it always looks great. We love the sound system at the pool! The new ice machine in the basement is AMAZING

We just all loved Salty Summers and think it was perfect for our family. We are glad we already booked for next year. We loved the beautiful decorating touches and the outdoor furniture, the pool. We have been coming to the OBX for years. Without a doubt, the nicest home we have rented for a week. The owners of this home pay very close attention to the finer details which make the stay that much nicer. The home is clean and kid friendly. The proximity to the beach access is great. Location is great and neighborhood is quiet and upscale. The home offers everything needed for a great family stay. Great local shopping and grocery stores close.

This was our second year with your company. In previous years on OBX we've used 3 other realtors. By far your directions about the home, pre-vacation interactions, and amenities are the best!
