This smart home design connects eight-bedroom suites with private baths to a host of gathering areas that are outfitted for guest comfort and leisure. This outstanding Nags Head location puts you within easy reach of historic sites, fine dining, casual eateries, shops, piers, and recreational options.

Updates for 2024: Two new refrigerators in the kitchen; new standalone icemaker, granite bar, and barstools in the rec room; new bomber leather sofas and plush throw pillows in the media room; new burlwood cocktail table and new fabric for the chairs in the great room; all-new luxury Serta hybrid mattresses, down alternative sleeping pillows, and bedding throughout; the bedroom on the first floor that had two twin beds now has two double beds; new outdoor loveseat for the front deck.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: Access ramp at front entry, elevator access to all levels and one king with roll under sink and barrier free shower with seat and grab bar. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents, sand accumulation can cover the beach walkway stairs. The beach is still readily available to guests by simply bypassing the stair system.

Bedding options on the ground level include a tranquil king suite with a flat screen TV and private bath and a second bedroom with two pyramid bunks, a flat screen TV, and private bath. A chic recreation lounge with ceramic tile floors is furnished for hours of endless fun and recreation. This lively space is equipped with a pool table (with ping-pong table top option), shuffleboard, 4-seat game table, pub tables with chairs, mounted flat screen TV, extra bathroom with shower, wet bar with sink, microwave, and refrigerator to chill snacks and drinks. A laundry room with two washer and dryer units is located on this floor.
Doors open to a covered patio with an enclosed outdoor shower. The pool area is designed to increase the outdoor living area for family enjoyment. An expanded pool deck maximizes space for sunbathing and creates a play area for children. The custom pool features a shallow wet deck ideal for supervised youngsters. Poolside furniture includes sitting, lounging, and dining options. A private walkway to the beach allows for quick access to the sandy shoreline and has a foot wash and shower nozzles. As evening sets, unwind in the bubbling hot tub to the rhythm of the rolling surf under distant stars.
