Meticulously designed with family relaxation and entertainment in mind, the home's layout includes spacious gathering areas and bedroom suites with flatscreen TVs and private bathrooms. Spend beautiful days enjoying oceanfront amenities to the scent of invigorating salt air and the soothing sound of waves reaching the shoreline. This is an outstanding Nags Head location, close to sightseeing, piers, dining, and shopping opportunities for all ages!

Updates for 2024: Two new leather sofas in the great room, two new refrigerators in the kitchen, and an icemaker in the rec room kitchenette.
Beach Access: Due to shifting ocean currents, sand accumulation has recently covered the beach walkway stairs. The beach is still readily available to guests by bypassing this stair system.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max, pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Please Note: The outdoor shower is winterized and not available for guest use from Thanksgiving-Easter each year.
Special Access Amenities: This home has a ramp, elevator that accesses all levels, and a king bedroom on the mid-level with bathroom that has a shower with small lip, fold-down seat, and grab bar. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional details.

Sleeping options on the ground level include one king bedroom and a second bedroom furnished with two pyramid bunks. Both bedrooms have private baths. A laundry room with two washer and dryer units is conveniently located. The balance is dedicated to a lively recreation room with a pool table, pub chair seating, a 4-person poker table, mounted flatscreen TV, and a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, icemaker, and refrigerator for chilled snacks and drinks.
Rec room doors open to a fenced custom pool with two sitting benches and refreshing water for leisurely swims. This outdoor space was designed to maximize areas for adult relaxation and child's play, and the pool deck offers ample lounge chairs for relaxing under clear Carolina skies. A gas grill is available to prepare BBQ meals, and the outdoor dining table with chairs is the perfect location to enjoy informal dining. Journeys to the Atlantic are easy from your private walkway that leads to sandy beaches for sunbathing, shoreline strolls, shelling, or riding waves as they rush for the coastline. As evening approaches, the bubbling hot tub is a haven for restful soaks and star gazing.
