The unique design of this home includes four levels of living space, making room for an expansive outdoor area that includes a semi-covered private pool and spacious lawn that is perfect for yard games! Inside, a top floor rec room with pool table and media area provides a fun hang out for family games or movie nights, and nine bedrooms with private baths provide a comfortable place to relax at the end of epic vacation days. An elevator, Smart TVs throughout, and modern design elements make this home shine. A central Kill Devil Hills location puts you in close proximity to the Wright Brothers National Memorial, grocery stores, putt-putt golf, and much more.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 85 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: One second floor king has a bath with roll-under sink, low-barrier shower, and shower seat. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.
TVs: All bedroom TVs offer streaming. The great room and rec room TVs offer cable.
