Covered decks are located on three sides of the house, each offering access to fresh coastal air, while the south decks overlook the backyard and pool area. Exterior stairs connect the decks from level to level, allowing you to move between indoor and outdoor living spaces without passing through the house. Topping it all off, a large rooftop deck offers sweeping views of both the Currituck Sound and the Atlantic Ocean, providing an unforgettable setting for both sunrise mornings and sunset evenings. The top floor brings everyone together in an open-concept great room, dining areas, and kitchen, with access to both the south- and west-facing decks overlooking the pool, as well as a north-facing sun deck off the kitchen. Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

Through sliding glass doors in the rec room, you enter the large backyard that invites you to unwind almost immediately. A 32'x14' private pool (with the option to heat for an additional fee) and a soothing poolside hot tub are yours to enjoy all vacation long. A shaded poolside cabana with a smart TV creates the perfect spot to cool off or catch the game. Multiple outdoor showers add a convenient way to rinse off after a day at the beach. An added detail that you're sure to enjoy are the exterior steps that lead directly from the pool area up to the middle floor deck. This allows seamless deck access without going inside or walking through the house.
