Updates for 2025: Second floor king bathroom remodeled, including new soaking tub; new bedding and furniture in various bedrooms throughout; fresh exterior paint.
Updates for 2024: Updated audio and video systems, including new TVs in the theater and great room and new wireless outdoor speakers in the cabana and sauna. A walkway was added from front of the house to the backyard.
Beach Chairs & Beach Umbrellas Provided (5/29/27-8/28/27): The homeowner provides 6 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas for guests with complimentary set-up/take down. Service is provided by Ocean Atlantic Rentals. Please note that this service is not available for partial week stays and does not include day of check-in/check-out.
Pool: This home offers FREE POOL HEAT. Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 85 degrees.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. Special Events Welcome: $1,500 special event fee and $2,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home.
