For guests who drive an electric vehicle, there is a 240V EV charging outlet available for your use.
Updates for 2025: Second floor king bathroom remodeled, including new soaking tub; new bedding and furniture in various bedrooms throughout; fresh exterior paint.
Updates for 2024: Updated audio and video systems, including new TVs in the theater and great room and new wireless outdoor speakers in the cabana and sauna. A walkway was added from front of the house to the backyard.
Updates for 2023: New roof and gutters installed. New theater chairs.
Beach Chairs & Beach Umbrellas Provided (5/30/26-8/29/26): The homeowner provides 6 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas for guests with complimentary set-up/take down. Service is provided by Ocean Atlantic Rentals. Please note that this service is not available for partial week stays and does not include day of check-in/check-out.
Pool: This home offers FREE POOL HEAT. Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 85 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: Elevator access to all levels. A ground floor king has bath with roll-under sink and barrier-free shower with seat. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Please Note: The garage is not available for car parking as it has been converted into the second rec room.
Special Events Welcome: $1,500 special event fee and $2,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. Sleeping arrangements on this level include three kings with private baths (one with special access), and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk, twin bunk, and private bath. Spend your days and evenings outdoors alongside the private saltwater pool with FREE pool heat. The poolside cabana includes a wet bar with icemaker, outdoor electric fireplace, a full bathroom, sauna, TV area, Bluetooth sound system, and two stainless gas grills. A private walkway leads you to the uncrowded beaches of the Outer Banks.
