Updates for 2026: Bathroom updates throughout, including complete renovation of two suite bathrooms and powder room. New photos to come.
Updates for 2024: Fresh interior paint, new stainless steel refrigerator and microwave in kitchen, an upgraded TV mounted over the fireplace with a new mantel and new swivel chairs in the great room, a new sleepsofa in the mid-level den, new poolside lounge chairs, new washer and dryer, and a new gas grill.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

The ground floor features a cheerfully decorated rec room with a pool table, armchair seating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette offers a sink, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. A king bedroom with a private bath and a bedroom with two twin bunks are available on this level. The bunk room has a bathroom that can also be accessed from the rec room and the pool area. This level opens to a private pool, hot tub, one enclosed and one open outdoor shower, and a private walkway to the beach. Your own dune top deck overlooks Pine Island's uncrowded shoreline, making your Carolina Sunset vacation one you'll never forget!
