Overview
There's something very special about Carolina by the Sea, that makes you feel right at home. Located in the premier community of Pine Island, guests can relax in a thoughtful home design that flows between common areas and bedroom retreats, decorated in a relaxing palette of soothing coastal shades. Features include a wonderful oceanfront location with gorgeous views, elevator, private pool and hot tub, rec room with pool table and shuffleboard, and spacious great room. All TVs throughout this home are 4K Roku TVs, and the common area TVs have HD Blu-ray players. Pine Island guests have access to two community pools, baby pool, tennis courts, basketball court, jungle gym, subdivision bike paths, and access to the Pine Island Racquet Club for a small fee.
Updates for 2024: New 4-player NFL Blitz arcade machine added to rec room (the rec room has four arcade machines total).
TVs: The TVs are 4K Roku TVs with access to Spectrum Cable, Disney+, Prime Video, Showtime Anytime, and many other popular kids, sports, news, and entertainment stations. Please note that DVD players are available in the common areas, but are not in the bedrooms.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Special Access Amenities: This property provides a ground floor king bedroom with roll-under sink and shower with small lip, grab bar and fold-down seat. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. The king bathroom has a roll-under sink, shower with a small lip, fold-down seat, and grab bars. A delightful suite with a private bath is furnished with two pyramid bunks and mounted flatscreen TV. The balance of this level is dedicated to a sensational recreation and media lounge. This space is outfitted with hardwood floors, pool table, four arcade machines, game table with six chairs, built-in shelves with board games, a mounted 40'' flatscreen TV, a pub table with chairs, and a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, coffee pot and dishwasher. The media area has a 65'' flatscreen TV with premium soundbar and shuffleboard game.
Doors open to a private pool for invigorating swims and refreshing dips. The pool deck is lined with lounge chairs for relaxation and sunbathing. A private walkway meanders to the dune-top deck with built-in seating for a heightened view of the coastline. Pristine beaches are steps away and beckon you to relax to the sound of waves lapping the shore, romp in the rolling surf or stroll the water line in search of seashells. Retreat to the bubbling hot tub as evening sets to star gaze under clear coastal skies.
