Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. The ground level is designed for entertainment, featuring a rec room with a pool table, Skee-ball, shuffleboard, and two Smart TVs (one 60" and the other 75"), as well as sports bar with a commercial-style ice maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. A theater room is on this level with a 120'' screen and features immersive surround sound with 8 speakers. You'll also find an arcade area with a full attached bath that also connects to the outdoor area. A door separates the family suite area from the rest of the ground level. This suite includes a king bedroom, bedroom with a daybed and trundle, and a shared full bathroom. A laundry room completes this level.
The fun continues past the covered outdoor patio with an oceanfront private saltwater pool (with the option to heat), outdoor ping-pong table, and two outdoor showers. Trips to the beach are a breeze on your own private walkway leading over the dunes. The walkway offers a built-in bench on a landing that overlooks pristine Pine Island beaches and beyond, as well as steps that lead you down to soft sand and rolling surf.
