For your next trip to the beach, set your sights on Ocean's Edge! This 8-bedroom Pine Island home sits directly on the water's edge in a highly sought after Corolla community. This oceanfront estate offers stunning north-to-south water views, which can also be enjoyed from the spacious common areas as you rest and rejuvenate with family and friends. Accessing the beach is a breeze with a private beach walkover, which also offers a dune-top deck with built-in bench seating where you can sit and enjoy evening sea breezes. Wide shaded and open oceanview decks are the ideal place to lounge and savor endless ocean views, and a recreation room with a ping-pong table is a fun spot for evening entertainment. Known for large lot sizes, vegetated dunes, and expansive beaches, Pine Island is a popular community with visitors, where guests enjoy proximity to shopping, markets, restaurants, and activities in Duck and Corolla.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/02/26 - 09/19/26. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.
Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is normal for sand accumulation to cover the walkway to the beach.

An idyllic spot to spend a summer evening, the dune-top deck offers two built-in benches to sit and enjoy the views of the sand and sea! Two outdoor showers are available for an easy post-beach rinse off.
