Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.

Bedrooms on this level include a bunk room with two custom built-in bunk sets, each with a cubbie and reading light. One bunk is a twin-over-twin, and the other is a twin-over-double (pyramid bunk). A king bedroom has direct access to the full bathroom on this level.
Step outside to sunbathe in the private pool area, featuring a hot tub and cabana with a bar. A cornhole game is also provided.
