Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the saltwater pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.

This room offers a shuffleboard table, arcade game, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and sink, and a media area with a 65" Smart TV where you can enjoy a movie together as a family. Bedrooms on this level include a bunk room with two custom built-in bunks, each with its own cubbie and reading light. The king bedroom on this level has a sliding glass door that opens to the pool area. The two bedrooms on this floor share a nearby bathroom with double vanities and a shower/tub.
Step outside to sunbathe in the private pool area, featuring a hot tub and cabana with bar. A cornhole game is also provided.
