Overview
Located in the popular Pine Island subdivision of Corolla, furnished with many desirable amenities, and a short walking distance from the nearest beach access, The Quarterdeck is a great option for your next beach getaway! This seven-bedroom vacation home is located less than 300 yards from the beach access and can be walked to without ever having to hit a street. A private boardwalk through the backyard puts you onto a partially-shaded walkway that leads you straight to the water's edge.
An open floor plan on the top floor offers a large gathering space for all in your group to enjoy conversation while planning your vacation day checklist. Two decks off the great room and kitchen provide views of the surrounding area that will relax you and have you wishing you never had to leave. The large, private, sparkling blue pool awaits you upon arrival and will instantly tempt you to take a dip. A unique feature of this home that guests are sure to appreciate is that the hot tub is located on a screened-in deck, which means it is accessible even on a rainy day at the beach.
Guests of The Quarterdeck have several amenities to enjoy right in the comfort of the home, but the fun doesn't stop there! While staying in a Pine Island home, you can also enjoy all the Pine Island community amenities, such as the tennis courts, community pools, a fitness center, basketball courts, and more.
Updates for 2023: A complete kitchen renovation (including new appliances, flooring, and a reconfigured island), the great room wet bar will get new cabinets, sink, and dishwasher (upper cabinets being added), top and middle level bathrooms will be renovated for a fresh and brand new feel, a heat pump pool heater installed, and a fast-charging EV charger added to the property.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80
degrees.
Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the exterior of the front door and on the floodlight above the carport.

The ground level includes a rec room with a foosball table, a sofa, two armchairs, a large mounted Smart TV, and a kitchenette that is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, sink, and microwave. The rec room is perfect for those who want to grab a cold drink from the fridge before heading out to the pool, spark up a round-robin tournament at the foosball table, or pop some popcorn and turn on their favorite movie. Sliding glass doors lead out to the private pool area that offers a sparkling pool, poolside loungers and chairs, a gas grill, an open outdoor shower, and a cabana half bath. Want to try your hand at shooting some hoops? Head out to the driveway and play all you want at the provided basketball hoop (bring your own ball).
Bedding on the ground floor consists of two queen bedrooms, each with a private bath and a Smart TV. One private bath offers a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower; the other has a shower/tub.
