12 NORTH 23 yards from Beach Access in Corolla

We love 12 North. The access to the beach is great! The kitchen is well stocked. It is nice to have a large pantry. The house is comfortable and beautiful. We feel like 12 North is our second home. We have already booked it for next year!

The house was well maintained and we liked the black on white motif and of course the elevator and the views; it is apparent that the owners take pride in their home and do the things that make guests feel comfortable.

Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Everything was in good working order.

Our week at 12 North was excellent. We loved the house and the upgrades the owners have completed. There were many nice details that our family enjoyed like large TVs in all 3 levels (the 3rd level loft area was a huge hit!), Super comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. We typically don't stay in the same house twice but we are looking forward to staying at 12 North again next year!

12 North is a beautiful comfortable home. We felt like we were home yet on vacation in this house. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the wine cooler and big walk in pantry. We loved the house proximity to the beach. We already have reserved the same week in the house for next year!

Overall we loved this house, the interior design and decor were so well done. The location was fantastic. This was our 18th year coming to Corolla and we especially love staying in Pine Island. Please thank the homeowners for offering such a fabulous house!

The place was perfect.

We really enjoyed the renovation of this home - it was so comfortable and fresh; many thoughtful touches and well supplied.

I would say there is a strong chance we will rent same home next year, but probably a different weekend. Loved the lay out of home and beds were great. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall great location with great beach access. Very happy with everything.
