This was our 3rd year and we have committed to year 4! Lovely home- kudos to owners. The home is well stocked with all you need for a large group. The house was in perfect order!

We only use Carolina Designs. Your homes and service are unmatched. We appreciate the timeliness of your response to our requests. South Bound is a beautiful home. The online reservation system is great. We used the customer service last year to adjust our reservations and the representative was informative, helpful and kind. Everything is in working order and is well maintained.

This was our 10th year in this house, and next year will be 11. Obviously, we're satisfied or we wouldn't return. A big part of our returning is due to the staff at Carolina Designs. Everyone is outstanding. Top to bottom, from reservations to housekeeping, we've never had a problem. The staff is not only efficient, but they care. It shows in the way they respond to any question. Please keep it up. You make a difference.

Reservation process very simple and easy to understand & navigate. The communications were very timely and accurate. Also, was not excessive. The house was not over sold by the pictures. They were very accurate. Everything worked and had all appliances/electronics needed. It made our family vacation awesome, thank you.
