If you want to be Making Memories at the beach with those you love, look no further than this 7-bedroom semi-oceanfront home located in Southern Shores. With a private pool and a conveniently located beach access right across the street, you have the best of both vacation worlds. Spend time at the pool? Or play in the waves? You can have both when you stay here! A ground-floor rec room offers a pool table; each bedroom has a flatscreen TV, and five of the seven bedrooms have private baths and direct deck access. Speaking of decks, this house has ample deck space for those who love to sit outside and enjoy the coastal air off the ocean with a cup of coffee or an evening beverage. Making Memories is not only located right across the street from a beach access (crosswalk available), but it's also located a half mile from the shopping plaza in Southern Shores that includes a coffee shop, ice cream spot, a popular seafood restaurant, a pizza place, and more!
Neighborhood & Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.

The ground floor, indoors and out, is the hub for vacation entertainment. The rec room features a pool table, a mounted flatscreen TV, and a wet bar. A full shared bath is accessible from the rec room and the hallway, featuring a walk-in shower. A full-sized refrigerator is located on this level, making it the perfect spot to store drinks and snacks that you want readily available while hanging out in the rec room or by the pool.
Through the sliding glass door in the rec room, you will make your way out to the fully fenced pool area with a large private pool, a poolside hot tub, and many poolside chairs and loungers. Two enclosed outdoor showers are available for when you're ready to rinse off the sand and hop in the pool or when you're retiring indoors for the evening.
