Overview

This spectacular 12-bedroom flat top oceanfront is infused with design elements that evoke the era of classic Southern Shores architecture, but with a modern twist. Just steps from Southern Shores' peaceful beaches, this oceanfront retreat incorporates a host of amenities, as well as a layout intended to provide privacy for visitors. With over 3,000 feet of outdoor living space under the home, including a built-in bar, seating areas, bathroom, and beautiful pool area, you'll love this home both inside and out!
Five of the twelve bedrooms are accessed exclusively from covered decks, adding an additional level of privacy from the main house. Designed as a resort-style hangout haven, the outdoor area incorporates a large private pool with cabana and poolside bar, trellis with hot tub, and shallow wet deck that can double as a baby pool or tanning ledge. Indoor amenities include a home theater, rec room with pool table & shuffleboard, elevator, and two levels of oceanview outdoor lounge areas. All of the bedroom suites have en suite baths and deck access - five have completely private balconies.
Located in town of Southern Shores, this community is popular among vacationers because of its proximity to the Wright Memorial Bridge, meaning you won't have to fight traffic to the northern beaches during high season. Two major grocery stores are about a mile away, and a fro-yo shop, seafood restaurant, pizza parlor, boutiques, and an escape room are located nearby at the Southern Shores Crossing plaza. A short drive north brings you to the quaint village of Duck.

Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Neighborhood & Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.
