All that and ocean views from every deck, all the top floor common areas and the bedroom. The uncrowded beaches of Southern Shores will be calling your name from the moment you arrive; a short stroll down the street and over the dune puts you at the edge of the ocean for a day of sunshine and waves. Just a couple mile drive north puts you in the heart of the town of Duck, offering a soundfront boardwalk with many local shops and eateries.
Neighborhood & Community: Guests enjoy community access to a park with playground, soccer field, basketball court and picnic area, available at Sea Oats Park on the corner of Sea Oats Trail and Hickory Drive. The private Southern Shores Marina is located on S. Dogwood Trail and provides a boat launch into Ginguite Creek, which connects to the Currituck and Albemarle Sounds. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.

The ground floor rec room is furnished with a shuffleboard table, comfortable seating, a 75" Smart TV, and a wet bar with a sink, refrigerator, and Keurig. A nearby full bath is accessible to those hanging out in the rec room and those who pick the pyramid bunk bedroom as theirs for the week. In addition to a bedroom with two pyramid bunks, there is also a king bedroom with a private bath. Laundry facilities are centrally located on this level.
A door leads from the rec room out to the pool area, where guests will find a private pool, sheltered hot tub, outdoor seating, gas grill, cornhole set, and bocce ball court. An outdoor shower allows guests to rinse off the day before heading inside to rest up for tomorrow.
