AS YOU WISH Oceanfront in Southern Shores

The dining room provided a spacious and relaxing area to eat, talk, and enjoy the views. So very beautiful. We came upstairs in the morning to see dolphins, osprey, and pelicans AND to watch the beautiful sunrise. The house had everything we needed and more. What an amazing vacation for all. As You Wish may be next year's destination if the week we need is available. 10 stars.

We've spent 11 years in this home as "California Dreaming" and it was like coming home to "As You Wish." We LOVE this house and want to return. Your improvements are wonderful! (Deck, paint.) We love the kitchen and how stocked it is. The labels really help! The pool deck update is great!

We were grateful to gather with family and friends to celebrate Thanksgiving, spend time together, and celebrate the life of our mother/grandmother/great-grandmother. We enjoyed having plenty of space to relax and beautiful views. The "juniors" took the lower floor, and the "seniors" settled in on the top floor, but we all got together for meals, coffee, and many memories.

A wonderful home! Everything was outstanding. We enjoyed every moment we were here.

This home is beautifully appointed. The decor is exceptional. The owner has stocked the kitchen with everything thing you need as well as every drawer was labeled with it's contents. Of course, being located in Southern Shores, the view was great. And of course, dealing with Carolina Designs is always a pleasant experience. So helpful.

We really enjoyed this home; location was perfect because we love Kitty Hawk, Southern Shores and Duck. The beach is so CLOSE. It was large but not too big for us to get around in. Loved the views from the kitchen. Everything was wonderful! I will DEFINITELY use your company again... just top knotch. And the FarmDog folks were fantastic with our beach set up everyday... on time and super friendly. I can't complain about anything and we are so grateful for this experience! Your staff has been excellent whenever I had any questions or had to change anything.

It's our second year in this home and we love it. The pool and beach access are the best and the kitchen and living areas make life easy when we visit. As does the 6 full bathrooms! It's a great house. And the rental company is great to work with and love the starter things that are provided. So helpful!

We have been coming to the Outer Banks for many years and you have been our link to many wonderful homes, but "AS YOU WISH" is by far the BEST!! We have already booked it for next year and are discussing coming back in October. We were very pleased with the new kitchen appliances that were recently installed!

It seems nearly impossible to make 8 people happy all the time, but somehow we made that happen with this vacation! We are seriously thinking about taking the same vacation next year, and if we do, this will be the property that we would like to stat at if it remains available.
