Overview
Vacation bliss awaits at Seaside Serenade, a breezy six bedroom semi-oceanfront home in Southern Shores. Highlighted by professional interior design, this home combines ample amenities with soft hues of aqua, gray, and white to offer an elegant yet relaxing coastal feel. Seaside Serenade is situated in a tranquil neighborhood dotted with charming beach boxes from every era, and is within close proximity to the ocean. The community beach access is located just across a quiet street and is within easy walking distance. This home is also convenient to the dining, shopping, and grocery options of Southern Shores, Duck and Kitty Hawk.
Updates for 2024: New vinyl plank flooring in three of the top and middle floor bedrooms; new rugs in the great room and media room.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
TVs: The ground floor bedrooms offer Roku TV. All other TVs have Dish Network. There are Blu-ray players available in the media room and the rec room.
Special Access Amenities: One mid-level king bath has roll-in shower with seat and grab bars, roll-under sink, toilet grab bar, wide doors, an open closet, and no-lip plank flooring. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Neighborhood & Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.

The ground floor layout starts with a professionally landscaped area designed with outdoor entertainment in mind. With a 26x14 saltwater pool (option to heat for additional fee), hot tub, cornhole game, and outdoor bar area with built-in gas grill, this area offers something for everyone in your group. Two outdoor showers and a fish cleaning area are located along the side of the house.
Inside, the recreation room features a pool table, mounted flatscreen TV, and a kitchenette complete with a sink, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer with ice maker. A 28 x 42 dog crate is provided for the furry vacationers in your group. The powder room on this level conveniently connects to both the rec room and pool area. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor that share a bathroom. One offers a custom built-in twin bunk and a double bunk, and the second bedroom is furnished with two twin bunks, both bedrooms have a flatscreen TV.
