Crafted as a contemporary take on the classic flat-top architecture that defined Southern Shores in the 50's, Wind And Surf was designed to elevate your vacation experience. High end finishes throughout include quartz countertops and custom carpentry in every room. The interior includes an inviting oceanview great room, elevator, four bedrooms (three with private baths), and designer tile bathrooms.
Outdoors, enjoy Atlantic breezes on the multiple levels of oceanview decks, or in the backyard, which is professionally landscaped and outfitted with shady and sunny sitting areas, a refreshing private pool, hot tub, an outdoor Sonos speaker system, and outdoor shower.
This home's location in a residential neighborhood - just one minute walk to the idyllic beaches of Southern Shores - is a major highlight! This property provides a beach cart to help carry items to the beach. Plus, you can skip the weekend traffic with a Friday check-in!!
Updates for 2024: Select new furniture pieces in the great room and in the northeast first floor king bedroom, new outdoor furniture on both second floor decks, and a new Weber Genesis grill.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Neighborhood & Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas. This home offers guest access to the private Southern Shores Marina that is located on S. Dogwood Trail and provides a boat launch into Ginguite Creek, which connects to the Currituck and Albemarle Sounds.

Plus, an outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after long days at the beach.
Inside, this level includes a bedroom a full-over-full bunkset and twin bunkset, as well as a full custom bathroom with tub. Please note that there are four steps required to access the ground floor bedroom.
