This 4-bedroom home offers a modern twist on classic Southern Shores flat-top architecture, and was designed to maximize your relaxation while on vacation. A prime location (across the street from a beach access in a quiet neighborhood) allows you to experience breathtaking ocean views without the oceanfront price tag. The professionally designed interior includes high quality details such as wide plank oiled oak floors, designer tile bathrooms, quartz countertops, custom carpentry in every room, and Smart TVs throughout. An elevator provides ease of access, and an airy and open great room features a wall of windows to frame peaceful ocean views. Outdoors, enjoy a professionally landscaped pool area that includes lounge areas in the sun or shade, an outdoor dining table, speakers, and hot tub.

TVs: Six Smart TVs with streaming capability (guests use own logins). All TVs have cable access. The great room has a cable box and separate remote, all others access cable via the Spectrum app.
Special Access Amenities: A mid-level king offers a roll-under sink, low barrier shower, and grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.
Neighborhood & Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.

Highlighting the ground floor is the backyard - with shady and sunny spots to lounge, outdoor speakers, a hot tub, and a refreshing private pool, you'll never want to leave! A community beach access is located across the street one lot north, meaning you can have your toes in the sand one minute after walking out your front door. Shelling, strolling the shoreline, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding - or simply enjoying a book under the umbrella - are easy activities with the ocean basically in your front yard! Plus, an outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after long days at the beach. Inside, this level includes a bedroom with a pyramid bunk (twin over full) and a twin with trundle, as well as a full custom bathroom with tub. Please note that there are four steps required to access the ground floor bedroom, so this room is not wheelchair accessible.
