Overview
Tucked away on a private street in southern Ocean Sands, you'll find oceanfront seclusion. This Outer Banks vacation cottage has a timeless charm with its coastal inspired decor. You can enjoy the Atlantic from one of many light-filled, ocean-facing rooms or while lounging on the generous wrap-around decks equipped with rockers and outdoor furniture. Enjoy a private pool and a separate covered deck with a hot tub, both just steps from the ocean! A convenient location in Section B of Ocean Sands means that Tiempo Sera is just south of a grocery store and shopping center, Currituck Club Golf Course, and more.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, sand accumulation can cover the beach walkway.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Community Note: Trailers, boats, and mobile homes/RVs are not allowed to be parked in the driveways of any Ocean Sands properties; parking is only permitted in the driveways of homes; golf carts and motorized carts/scooters/buggies are also prohibited in Ocean Sands.
