Pleasant and sunny, Sea Shell-ter is sure to be a favorite for small groups looking for a mellow beach vacation. Decked out in bright beachy colors and just the right size, this home is located in the Avalon Beach area of the Outer Banks, a favorite spot of long time visitors. A short walk down the street will bring you straight to the ocean, as well as Avalon Pier, home to great fishing and a family friendly arcade. The recreation room in Sea Shell-ter features a pool table and wet bar, and the first floor den is equipped a variety of board games and puzzles to keep you entertained after a long day at the beach. Outside, the private pool and hot tub area is completely fenced in, and acts as the ideal spot to catch some rays and take a refreshing dip. A variety of restaurants and raw bars are a short walk away, and shopping, grocery stores, movie theaters, putt-putt golf, and more are all accessible by a short drive.
