Situated just north of Jennette's Pier, this home enjoys a prime oceanfront location with sensational ocean, pier, sunrise, and sound vistas. The design offers a wonderful flow of well-appointed bedroom suites and entertainment spaces for leisure and recreation. Distinctive upgrades and comfortable furnishings set the stage to create memories of time spent with family and friends. Guests also enjoy close proximity to fine dining, casual eateries, recreation, and many shopping venues.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is normal for sand to accumulate on the gazebo floor at this home.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

One is furnished with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a children's suite provides a double bunk and trundle. An oceanside suite offers two queen beds and a private bath. A central sitting lounge is furnished with armchairs and provides access to the outdoor amenities.
A custom pool with a children's wading area and multi-colored underwater lighting takes center stage and allows for invigorating swims and refreshing dips. The pool deck is lined with lounge chairs for your daily dose of Vitamin D, and a private beach walkway with a dune-top gazebo is available! A bubbling hot tub is available to wash away your cares. For your convenience, there is a cabana bath with a shower on the covered patio.
