Overview
Rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation await you at Olivia, a gorgeous oceanfront escape in the Village at Nags Head that accesses some of the Outer Banks' best beaches. This vacation retreat is filled with every convenience for your recreation and leisure, including professional decor, a private pool, beach walkway, rec room, sauna, volleyball area, and more. This prime location is central to boutiques, eateries, state & national parks, and family-friendly activities such as Jennette's Pier and Bodie Island Lighthouse.

Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max. pool temp is 85 degrees.
Sauna: The sauna is available for guest use from November through March.
Please Note: The fireplace is not available for guest use.
This home is located in an area that will receive beach nourishment in 2026 to widen the beach. Learn more about beach nourishment. All beach nourishment info is subject to change.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

Sleeping options on the ground level include a bedroom with a double bunk (full-over-full) and TV that shares a full bath with those in a bedroom equipped with two twin bunks, one pyramid bunk with trundle, and TV. The balance of this floor is dedicated to a recreation room outfitted with a pool table, foosball table, and three theater-style seats with a large flatscreen TV. Adjacent you will find a dry sauna room. A second rec room offers a ping pong table and seating. Adjacent you will find a dry sauna room. Please note: The sauna is available for guest use from November through March.
Doors open to a covered porch with stairs that lead up to a refreshing private pool, pool deck with seating options, gas grill, picnic table, and a poolside cabana with bar seating, tile countertops, and a sink. The private beach access leads to a dune-top gazebo and beyond to warm sandy beaches.
