Featuring stellar ocean views, popular amenities, and cheerful furnishings, this beach retreat will bring a smile to the faces of everyone in your group. Guests love the spacious private pool area, where you can lounge in the sun or relax under the shade of a pergola. Additional highlights include a rec room with foosball, an outdoor pool table, Smart TVs throughout, and amazing ocean views. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the exclusive Village At Nags Head community, this location is within easy distance of restaurants, shops, piers, golf, and sightseeing options.
Updates for 2024: All seven TVs were replaced with Smart TVs.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Spillover Spa: The spillover spa operates on the same system as the rest of the pool. If the pool is being heated, the spillover spa will also be heated. If the pool is not being heated, the kiddie pool will also not be heated.
Please Note: The garage and the great room fireplace are not available for guest use.
This home is located in an area that will receive beach nourishment in 2026 to widen the beach. Learn more about beach nourishment. All beach nourishment info is subject to change.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

Doors open to a covered outdoor recreation area with an 8' slate pool table and pub table with chairs. An expansive outdoor living area is filled with amenities, including a refreshing custom pool and spillover spa with built-in seating. The pool deck is brightly furnished with a variety of sitting, lounging, and dining options to ensure premium outdoor leisure and two shady pergolas provide a respite from the sun. The shared walkway offers a dune-top deck with amazing views and allows for quick trips to and from the beach to sunbathe, stroll along the shoreline, or romp in frolicking waves. A gas grill, outdoor audio system with Sirius radio, poolside hammock, and two outdoor showers complete these amenities.
