Overview
Your vacation will set sail when you reserve Sea Winds, a semi-oceanfront vacation retreat offering six bedrooms with private bathrooms, popular indoor and outdoor amenities, and a sensational Kill Devil Hills location! Comfortably furnished with cheerful coastal decor, this delightful home is just steps from the sandy beaches and within close proximity to a fun array of dining, shopping, and family-friendly recreational options.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
TVs: All of the home's TVs are Roku TVs with cable streaming via the Spectrum app. Guests with other app accounts are welcome to log in to Netflix, Hulu, etc.
Please note: Fireplace is not available for guest use.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

A half bath and laundry facilities are conveniently located.
Doors open from the rec room to outdoor amenities. The private pool provides hours of fun and will become a favorite hangout during your stay. Spend quiet time lounging poolside under sunny skies, or cross the beach road to romp in the rolling surf and enjoy relaxing strolls along the shoreline. Gather in the soothing hot tub as evening sets to wash your cares away under star-filled coastal skies.
