Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. Special Access Amenities: The elevator is accessed by all levels, and a bedroom on the first floor is equipped for those with special needs. (Roll-under sink, grab bars, shower chair provided.) Please note that none of our houses are ADA compliant, call our office for more details.

There are two bedrooms on this floor, one furnished with two pyramid bunks and Smart TV, and one with two twin bunks. A full bathroom is accessible to both bedrooms and those in the rec room. Laundry facilities are centrally located.
Rec room doors open to a covered patio and beyond to a sensational private pool where guests can enjoy daily swims and poolside lounging. A tiki bar with an outdoor kitchen and bar seating provides a respite from the sun, spacious counters, a sink, an icemaker, and a cooling ceiling fan. The bubbling hot tub allows for relaxing soaks where guests can star gaze and forget the cares of the day. A gas grill, two outdoor showers, and a cabana half bath complete this home's outdoor conveniences.
