Overview
This regal oceanside estate is richly appointed and situated on a high elevation lot showcasing ocean and sound views. The gracious design features many amenities and boasts fine finishes, including ornate Italian marble throughout, hand-painted murals, iron balustrades, and a glass elevator. Royal Palm Paradise II is decorated with designer decor and has modern electronics. This subdivision is an easy distance to the Duck town center, where guests are treated to fine dining, casual eateries, galleries, boutiques, and an 11-acre park that hosts family-friendly seasonal events.
Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max. pool temp is 85 degrees. The poolside waterfall is not operational.
Elevator: Although there is an elevator in this home, climbing stairs is required to access the front door. There is no ground floor entrance in the front of the home.
Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

A laundry room on this floor has two washer and dryer units and a sink.
Rec room doors open to outdoor amenities, including a pool house finished in travertine and marble surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. This poolside oasis is decked out with a wet bar, seating, sauna, full cabana bathroom, and a fiberglass rooftop sun deck.
