Overview
Awash in soothing shades of the sea, this delightful oceanside cottage evokes the harmonious essence of Sea Light to all who enter. Bathed in natural sunlight and furnished with comfortable and coastal furniture and decor, this home sets the mood for the perfect beach vacation. Seven private bedrooms (two with private baths) and abundant amenities create a relaxing haven for celebration! Situated in the popular seaside Duck Landing community, vacationers enjoy a nearby beach access and have use of the clubhouse with an indoor community pool, fitness center, game room, playground, and pickleball courts throughout their stay. For more adventures, stroll or cycle to the town of Duck to explore shops, restaurants, a soundside boardwalk, and a multi-use pathway that meanders through the town. An 11-acre town park hosts seasonal family-friendly activities, including fitness classes, family activities, summer evening concerts, and more!
Updates for 2024: New mirrors, light fixture, and faucets in top floor king private bath, new bedding, seating, and paint color in top floor king bedroom, new Polywood furniture around the pool, new clothes dryer, and a new Smart TV in the middle floor bunk room.
Community Note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access, four pickleball courts, an indoor heated pool, an indoor heated kiddie pool, a fitness center, a playground, and a clubhouse with a video game room, pool table, foosball, and ping-pong. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

The center of activity can be found in the lively recreation room equipped with a pool table, foosball table, Smart TV, Bluetooth sound bar, a pub table with chairs, and a refrigerator for drink and snack storage. A vibrant bedroom on the ground level is furnished with a pyramid bunk and Smart TV. A full bathroom is available to those in the ground floor bedroom and the rec room.
Rec room doors open to a sheltered screened-in patio with seating and outdoor dining for many. A fully fenced sparkling pool allows for daily swims, and a poolside tiki bar with seating is a shady haven to sip chilled beverages. A gas grill is provided and replaced annually. Beyond the pool area is a sandy volleyball area for some fun in the sun for those of all ages. As the sun sets, retreat to the poolside hot tub to let your cares fade under star-filled coastal skies.
