Overview
Situated on a highly elevated semi-oceanfront homesite offering panoramic ocean views, Royal Palm Paradise I is graciously designed, richly appointed, and offers unsurpassed amenities. All bedrooms are well-appointed suites with private baths and Simmons Beauty Rest pillow top mattresses. Pristine beaches are steps away, and the nearby Duck town center is filled with restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and an 11-acre town park that hosts seasonal family-friendly activities and events.
Updates for 2024: Extensive updates include fresh paint in a neutral color throughout the interior, including the 1st floor den rec room ceiling; columns removed from the ground floor rec room, first floor den, as well as the second floor to improve the view from inside; light fixtures and fans updated throughout; bedroom blinds updated from dark wood to white; grab bars and a hand-held shower head added to the 2nd floor king bathroom; new headboards in the ground level bedroom with two double beds; kitchen island painted; entryway design updates including a new walkway and gate leading to the back of the home for elevator access without stairs.
Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Pool is heated by propane. Max. pool temp is 85 degrees. The pool waterfall is not operational.
Please Note:
- There is a walkway and gate leading to the back of the home for elevator access without steps. There are stairs at the front entry to the home. There is no ground floor entrance in the front of the home.
- The outdoor fireplace is not available for guest use.

The custom bar has a sink, seating for three, and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, and dishwasher. Pop some corn, grab your favorite flick, and head to the cinema-style home theater for movie viewing! Relax into one of eight theater-style seats while your favorite video is splashed across a large projection screen with an enriching surround sound system. One bedroom with a private bath is located on the ground floor and is furnished with two double beds and a flatscreen TV. A half bathroom and laundry room with two washer and dryer units are located on this floor.
Continue outside to the outdoor pool oasis. The pool area includes a beautiful kidney-shaped pool, a hot tub, a poolside cabana with a wet bar, a sauna, and a full bathroom. Relax in the in-ground hot tub after a long day. Please note that the outdoor shower is located in the poolside cabana bathroom.
