Updates for 2025: New carpeting in rec room, fresh paint in all bathrooms (most have new light fixtures, as well), first floor NE queen private bath and first floor SW king private bath remodeled to now feature walk-in showers.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more. As the evening winds down, bundle up in cozy pajamas and bring popcorn and snacks into the private home theater with tiered seating for eleven, bean bag chairs, a projection screen, and surround sound. A bedroom on the ground floor offers one double bed, one twin bed, a mounted TV, and a private bathroom. A laundry room and half bathroom are conveniently located on this floor.
Rec room doors open to a crystal blue pool for refreshing dips and poolside lounging for your daily dose of Vitamin D. A private walkway with a dune-top deck leads guests to sandy beaches to relax, stroll, beachcomb, and frolic in the rolling surf. A grill and outdoor dining table allow for relaxing BBQs under Carolina blue skies. End each day in the hot tub for leisurely soaks to the rhythm of waves lapping the shoreline, balmy sea breezes, and your favorite artists playing over outdoor speakers.
