Relax in comfort and style at a sensational beachfront retreat with delightful conveniences. This home features beautiful ocean views, ten bedrooms, a central elevator, a recreation room, a theater, a loft with deck access, a private office, a private beach walkway, and abundant outdoor amenities. During your stay, guests are treated to tasteful upgrades, a palette of fresh interior colors, and inviting furnishings that combine to make Carolina Sunrise the perfect sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Carolina Sunrise, a Duck Landing oceanfront home, is just steps from both the ocean and the community clubhouse, which has a heated indoor pool, fitness center, pickleball courts, and playground. The Town of Duck town park, soundside boardwalk, shops, and restaurants can all be found at the end of the street, a quick walk or bike ride away.
Updates for 2024: New refrigerator (icemaker in freezer) in the rec room, new speakers and 55'' Roku TV in the great room, entrance foyer retiled, and three bedroom TVs were re-mounted at a lower height.
Second Tier Oceanfront: These properties are staggered and set farther back on the oceanfront, although they have private walkways to the beach. Please note the view photo and call our office if additional questions arise.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Community Note: Duck Landing offers several community amenities including a community beach access, four pickleball courts, an indoor heated pool, an indoor heated kiddie pool, a fitness center, a playground, and a clubhouse with a video game room, pool table, foosball, and ping-pong. All of these amenities are located on the east end of the subdivision where there is limited nearby parking (parking pass required and provided). RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision (unless they fit completely under carport). Golf carts are allowed. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: This home provides an elevator, and a queen bedroom on the ground floor includes a bathroom with grab bars in the walk-in shower. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office with additional questions.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. 2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

A plush wraparound leather sofa and armchairs create a welcoming conversation area around a seasonal gas fireplace and a 55'' Roku TV with a Blu-ray player. Doors open to a sun deck to savor expansive ocean views. Steps lead from the great room to a lofted sitting room furnished with a sleepsofa, armchair seating, and a TV. Here, you can enjoy quiet conversations, an uninterrupted TV show, or step onto the private balcony that overlooks the beautiful Atlantic. A large dining table is located next to the well-equipped kitchen. Chefs are treated to two side-by-side stainless refrigerators, a six-burner gas range, double ovens, a microwave, two dishwashers, Keurig, a regular coffee maker, and a center island with bar seating. The top floor offers two suites with private bathrooms. One is oceanfront and is furnished with a king bed, flatscreen TV, direct sun deck access, and a Jacuzzi tub. The second has a queen size bed, flatscreen TV, and its own balcony. A half bathroom and private office complete this home's amenities.
