Overview
Located just steps from the rolling surf and soft sand, this beachfront retreat will have you humming the Song of the Sea throughout your vacation stay. Featuring a welcoming traditional design with the living area on the first level, guests will appreciate a classic cottage that offers southern comfort and the simple ease of beach living. Create lasting memories in a cozy and relaxed environment that is ideal for one family or can be shared by two or more! Located just over a mile north of Duck, you can easily ride bikes to the village center via a paved multi-use path to enjoy seasonal events, shops, dining options, watersports activities, and more!
Updates for 2026: New carpeting throughout, new HVAC system on mid level, and all toilets replaced with Kohler Comfort Height toilets. New photos to come.
Updates for 2025: New furniture and artwork in the great room, new kitchen island, new furniture in the first floor king bedroom, a TV was added to the dining area, the hardwood flooring was refinished, and a pub table with swivel chairs was added to the first floor deck.
Updates for 2024: Fresh interior paint throughout, new HardiePlank siding, and the kitchen completely remodeled and enlarged.
