The property is clean, freshly painted, an well maintained. The home looked like it had just recently been completely refurbished. The plumbing fixtures all looked brand new. All worked smoothly. We have been spoiled by Carolina Designs Realty. We have used CDR multiple times and it has always been a pleasant engagement. This house, while a little more modest than what we usually rent, was well laid out, quite livable, and comfortable. The theater room was a nice extra for a fairly small house, and we enjoyed using it. The electronics were up to date, so I could play MP4 files and slide shows from a thumb drive. The owner was very thorough in marking where everything belonged, including easy instructions on how to lock the front door

The home was lovely with fantastic views, gazebo, and pool.

Everything in the home was outstanding and the only negative I have is the one deck of cards was missing the four of spades ;). We all really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be coming back.

This was a perfect winter getaway and the sound with sunsets worked perfectly in January. It is a great floor plan and very spacious.

My family and I loved this house. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach. Perfect location for the beautiful sunsets.

Overall this has been one of the best rentals and experience with a realtor we've had in 29 years of coming to the outer banks. Loved the keyless entry check-in/out and the electronics, especially blue tooth set up was very relevant. House is kept very clean and well maintained. I didn't have a chance to write in the guest book (waaay too relaxed to find a pen!). Blue Heaven was the cleanest, most well stocked, tasteful and comfortable home we've ever rented. We've been vacationing at the Outer Banks for more than 30 years. We've stayed in every town between Corolla and Hatteras. Oceanfront, Oceanside, sound front (our favorite since, for every sunset you see, you add a day to your life!) so we've seen it all. To the owners of Blue Heaven - thank you. We hope we left your beautiful home as perfect as it was when we arrived.
