A haven for relaxation, Aqua Vida features decor that embodies the tranquility of our coastline, with a palate of coastal blues, sea greens, and calming neutrals. The professionally designed interior, combined with high-end finishes and an extensive list of amenities, makes for a truly special vacation. The expansive oceanfront dune deck connects to a private beach walkway and offers a premier vantage point for watching the waves roll in. Inside, views of the ocean can be enjoyed from the open great room as you prepare dinner or gather together for a meal or while relaxing on the three levels of covered decks. A private pool and hot tub, elevator, well-equipped kitchen, and a rec room with a pool table round out the long list of amenities designed to make your stay memorable at Aqua Vida. This home is located on a stretch of the Beach Road that offers great options for restaurants, ice cream shops, art galleries, and activities. Enjoy close proximity to local favorites such as Jockey's Ridge State Park, Tortuga's Lie restaurant, family-friendly Dowdy Park, multiple coffee shops, the Outer Banks YMCA, putt-putt golf, and the Nags Head Fishing Pier. A short drive takes you to Bodie Island Lighthouse, Jennette's Pier, and many other Outer Banks attractions.
Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max. temperature is 85 degrees.
Security Camera: This property has a camera installed for security purposes. They will be covered and turned off during reserved weeks.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Elevator: Although this home offers an elevator, there are four stairs that lead to the ground floor of this home.
Special Events Welcome: $1,500 special event fee and $2,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. 2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.

Bright, spacious, and offering the best views in the house, the top floor of this home is the place to gather! Wall-to-wall windows frame stunning views, and a sliding door leads to the open deck, where you can feel the breeze and enjoy the sound of the ocean on the outdoor table. Inside, two sofas and cozy accent chairs are situated around a seasonal gas fireplace and a mounted flatscreen TV. Two custom dining room tables make up the eating area. The kitchen offers granite countertops and stainless appliances, including two refrigerators, a wine cooler, a gas range, an oven, two dishwashers, a stainless sink, and a standalone icemaker. A Keurig and standard coffee makers are provided. Kitchen extras include a panini press and a Vitamix blender.
This floor additionally features a king bedroom with a private bath that has a tiled walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a large double vanity. Also included on this level are a centrally-located half bath as well as a covered front porch offering a quiet place to relax.
