Oceanfront living provides the most memorable sunrise watching and views of the ocean that one can hope for. A private walkway to the beach makes getting over the dune to enjoy a day by the sea a breeze. The private pool is accompanied by a raised poolside deck with bar seating and a hot tub. Located on the northern end of Kill Devil Hills, this home is close to one of the famous Outer Banks piers, the Avalon Pier, and a popular oyster bar, Awful Arthur's.

A flex room on this floor is furnished with a twin bunk and a queen-sized sleepsofa. The full shared bath has a shower/tub and is accessible via the flex room and the hallway. Laundry facilities are located on this level.
A sliding glass door from the rec room leads out to the poolside deck area with a hot tub and bar seating that overlooks the private pool area. An enclosed outdoor shower is available.
